In order for your parcel to arrive save to our warehouse and can be assingned to your order, please attend to the following points:

How to send back?
- Send your articel by an international parcelservice back to us.
- Please add a copy of the invoice into the package.
- Send back to the adress, you will find in the imprint
Examples of return
- You can send back any article within 14 days after purchase, if the original packaging is intact. Otherwise, we unfortunately cannot take back the goods.
- Please check electronic components, especially controllers (ecu´s) that you have purchased the correct article before you remove the outer packaging or installing the product because we cannot take back unsealed or installed goods. That is why you should compare the original manufacturer number before you open the article.
- Please also ensure that manufacturers labels, warranty cards and stickers remain on the product, if you want to return this. We would also like to point out that you have to pay if you return the item without original packaging for compensation. Please keep the original packaging until you have decided to not use your right of withdrawal.
- Of course you have to remove the packaging to controll the size and fit. However please notice that you examine this only in form, how would you do it in a store, that means e.g. open the package carefully and compare it with your broken part. You are not allowed to install the article if you intend to send the article back. Otherwise, we unfortunately cannot take back the goods or you have to pay compensation if necessary.
- Please note if you want to send back old parts they have to be repairable and that all relevant parts are existing and do not are broken or rusted etc. Further information about old parts you will find in our General Terms and Conditions.
- If you send a complaint to us, please ensure that you send the broken article with all documents. Otherwise, there may be a consinderable delay in processing your complaint. The required documents will be shown here.
Payback
- We pay back the shipping cost of 9.50 € if the value is 40.00 € or higher.
- We pay back the shipping cost of 9.50 € if you send back a core/oldpart with deposit.
- If you received a wrong or broken produkt, we will pay back the shipping costs up to 23.50 €

Important notes
!Please notice that a return needs a few days to be shipped and our receiving department needs some time as well!
!If you have purchased for account and until now not paid the invoice will be withdrawn by the return!
!If you sent back a product containing liquids such as air conditioning compressors, cleaning, etc. please make sure that they can not leakage during the shippment. For safety, you can also enwrap it in a plastic bag and store in a well secured box!
